About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales, bookings, and gross margin targets
- Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline for Oil & Gas projects in the UAE
- Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPC contractors, and consultants
- Promote Carrier HVAC products including chillers, air handling units, and customized systems
- Manage tenders and RFQs for Oil & Gas projects
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within HVAC, cooling, or related technical solutions
- Demonstrated experience working with Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects in the UAE or GCC
- Experience working within EPC-led project environments and tender-based sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applied equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling applied HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, packaged units)
- Experience working with Oil & Gas clients, EPC contractors, or consultants
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas client standards and project requirements
- Established network within the UAE Oil & Gas and industrial market
