About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve mastery of all Axon technologies and products
- Lead business and technical presentations to leadership and end-users
- Conduct technical conversations with IT departments, CIOs, and channel partners
- Manage the POC/Pilot process, including logistics and customer requirements
- Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services
- Capture product feedback for Product Management and Engineering teams
- Represent the brand at industry conferences and tech summits
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian
- 4+ years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience with public procurement in META
- Experience selling SaaS-based solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
- Educational background in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent field)
- Knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, or cloud technologies
- Strong technical writing skills for RFP/RFI responses
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred
