Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads
• Generate new leads through digital marketing and industry networking
• Convert demo sessions into confirmed sales
• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and existing clients
• Use CRM systems to track and report sales activities and follow up on projects
• Leverage data and CRM insights to optimize sales performance
• Maintain a sales pipeline that is four times the monthly quota
• Participate in training sessions on new product features and sales techniques

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car
• Ability to conduct fieldwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the SaaS, technology, or F&B industry
• Experience in restaurant operations
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
