Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Deliver fleet sales profit and volume targets to meet annual budget commitments
• Develop strategies to expand SME, RAC, and Corporate sales across the UAE
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key territory accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry and quotation to negotiation and deal closure
• Maintain an accurate customer database for sales planning and reporting
• Achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
• Analyze fleet business to identify strengths and development areas
• Coordinate with branches and Head Office for vehicle allocation
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline
• Proven experience in B2B sales management
• Excellent business relationship management and networking skills
• Strong understanding of fleet operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
