Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the healthcare/hospital market
- Develop strategic account plans and engage with multiple decision makers in each hospital or system
- Pursue new opportunities through networking, events, referrals, or cold calling
- Expand Relay's presence into new health systems and grow new bookings within existing hospital networks
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer requirements and showcase value propositions
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7+ years of solution sales experience in healthcare/hospital settings
- Proven success in selling complex solutions and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong track record of relationship building, pipeline development, and closing high-value deals
- Expertise in navigating cross-functional healthcare environments
- Ability to translate technical product aspects into customer value
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
