Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across assigned market segments
• Identify and pursue new business through sales calls, networking and industry events
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals
• Monitor competitors, market trends and client needs to shape sales strategies
• Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports and forecasts
• Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing and Event teams on pricing and promotions
• Organize site inspections and property tours for prospective clients
• Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions and sales missions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field
• Proven sales experience in hospitality or a related industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Russian
