About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies for the corporate segment
- Identify, prospect and cultivate new corporate business leads
- Manage existing corporate accounts, including negotiations and contract renewals
- Conduct site inspections and business development meetings with prospects and clients
- Achieve and exceed sales metrics and revenue goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
- Prepare monthly and quarterly account performance reports
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads
- Mentor and support sales team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of corporate sales or B2B account management experience
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Advanced Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of corporate hospitality or business services
- Familiarity with the Dubai and UAE business landscape
