Senior Sales Manager - Industrial Refrigeration, F&B

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, market expansion, and customer engagement for industrial refrigeration solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitability and market share targets
• Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification through contract award
• Manage strategic accounts and develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to develop technical and commercial proposals
• Mentor sales team members and lead high-performance culture
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity tracking within CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the industrial refrigeration field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale industrial projects
• Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration technologies including Ammonia, CO2, and Freon-based systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• UAE Driving License
