Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sports federations, clubs, associations, teams, event organizers, and sports travel partners
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the sports market segment locally and internationally
• Promote JA The Resort as the destination of choice for training camps, tournaments, team stays, and sporting events
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, networking activities, and site inspections to generate revenue opportunities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of sports-related accounts and strategic partnerships
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales planning and market development
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the sports and hospitality sectors
• Collaborate closely with commercial leadership on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and business development initiatives
• Represent JA The Resort at sporting events, exhibitions, trade shows, networking functions, and international roadshows

Requirements

• College/University Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years' sales experience within hospitality, sports, events, travel, or related industries in the UAE
• Proven track record in developing and managing sports-related accounts and partnerships
• Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
