About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the hotel’s sales team initiatives
- Maximize revenue and growth by directing revenue generating activities in accordance with the business plan
- Drive new business for the hotel
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team
Requirements
- Familiarity with the Dubai Market
- Knowledge of DIP, Science Park, Studio City, Jabel Ali, Dubai South, and DIC
- Proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercially astute and motivated by challenges
- Ability to enhance the hotel's community image
Preferred Qualifications
- International, GCC, or UAE experience
- Native Arabic speaker
