About the role
Responsibilities
- Research target B2B accounts, their industry and marketing context before each call
- Run short consultative discovery calls using BANT and SPIN methodologies
- Engage decision-makers such as CMOs and Heads of Growth
- Handle objections by articulating value and secure next steps with Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and hand over fully qualified opportunities
Requirements
- 3-5 years in SDR, BDR, sales or similar B2B sales role
- Ability to distinguish a qualified opportunity from general interest
- Advanced or fluent English
- Consultative selling and open-ended questioning skills
- Confident communication with C-level stakeholders
- Proactive, systematic, results-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS
