About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate sales and business priorities into scalable training solutions
- Strengthen seller capability and improve field execution
- Serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on training leader
- Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose performance needs
- Define sales training and capability priorities
- Deliver scalable learning solutions
- Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, and ERISA
