Senior Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions
• Build and maintain Salesforce configuration including Flow, validation rules, and custom objects
• Support user and license management, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Improve Salesforce data quality through automation and regular audits
• Administer Salesforce-connected GTM applications like Workato, Outreach, and Gong
• Serve as the escalation point for complex Salesforce support issues
• Run proactive platform maintenance and technical debt cleanup
• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring product data into Salesforce
• Monitor and drive user adoption through training and enablement
• Maintain technical documentation for all solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, specifically in Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required
• Deep declarative expertise with Flow as a primary tool
• Working knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing architecture
• Hands-on Salesforce data management experience using Data Loader
• Comfortable writing SOQL and building reports
• Experience with release management and DevOps practices in a multi-sandbox environment
• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to read Apex and understand triggers is a plus
