Senior Salesforce Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently from initial needs analysis to solution concept
• Design and lead workshops, training sessions, and customer interactions
• Coordinate process optimizations and drive innovation in close exchange with stakeholders
• Act as a functional lead to develop junior consultants and strengthen team culture

Requirements

• At least five years of project experience as a Business Analyst or functional Consultant
• Profound knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or an Industry Cloud
• Experience with Requirements Engineering and Test Management
• Strong presentation skills for conducting training and workshops
• Knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud is desirable
