Responsibilities
- Build scalable, well-architected solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
- Support production environments and troubleshoot issues across custom code and configurations
- Partner with business stakeholders to modernize processes and improve data quality
- Drive continuous improvement through thoughtful design and automation
- Support Sales and Service Cloud use cases to improve customer and agent experiences
Requirements
- Seasoned Salesforce engineer with strong hands-on development experience
- Passionate about building scalable solutions using Salesforce development frameworks and platform capabilities
- Experience working across Sales and Service Cloud use cases
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive approach to existing implementations
- Strong sense of ownership over builds and support
