Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts
• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine
• Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality and data integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• Active security clearance (DHS or Secret DoD preferred)
• Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust
• Strong JavaScript abilities
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• US Citizenship required
• Must reside and work within the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• Service Portal experience and widget customization expertise
