About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to patterns, design, and implementation of platform engineering domains
- Build systems to reduce toil and ensure production infrastructure availability under large-scale AI traffic
- Extend and iterate the agent harness including CI, sandboxes, and validation
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident management
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development enablement roles
- Solid experience owning CI/CD platforms end to end
- Proficiency with Node/TypeScript, Python, and Terraform
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
- Practical experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing, monitoring)
- Experience working in fully remote teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Harness engineering experience for autonomous agents
- Production-at-scale experience with GCP
- Knowledge of telephony and SIP architectures (FreeSWITCH)
