About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies and editorial guidelines across all group brands
- Manage 4+ accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Align key content directly with the agency CEO
- Build and optimize internal SMM workflows independently
- Track channel metrics using SMM analytics tools to optimize performance
Requirements
- Dubai-based experience required
- Agency background working with diverse clients and products
- Practical Figma skills for layouts, social grids and brief templates
- Practical experience with SMM analytical platforms
- Fluent English
- Process-oriented mindset, able to build workflows from scratch
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate or Luxury segments
- Russian language skills
- Results in Premium or B2B segments
- Growth ambition toward a Team Lead role
