Senior Social Media Content Producer, Ventures

Responsibilities

• Develop distinctive content for each venture, including recurring series, product demonstrations, creator stories, and behind-the-scenes content
• Plan, film, and capture creators, founders, products, and customers
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat with strong hooks, pacing, and sound
• Turn every shoot into a useful content bank, including cutdowns, stills, and versions for paid advertising
• Write captions and publish directly to brand accounts, ensuring correct approvals, links, and tagging
• Own the content calendar and asset library
• Review performance metrics to decide future content strategy

Requirements

• Borderline obsessive about video engagement metrics and viewer retention
• Strong portfolio of content personally filmed and edited
• Ability to shoot clean footage and capture good sound
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent tools
• Deep understanding of Gulf and wider MENA internet culture
• Fluent English proficiency
• Experience managing a publishing schedule and demonstrating commercial results
• Experience with consumer brands or e-commerce is a strong advantage
