Responsibilities

• Own the social and audience strategy for a high-growth global YouTube channel
• Define strategic direction with a Shorts-first approach
• Identify audience behaviors that drive discovery, subscription, and purchase
• Develop growth hypotheses and review performance with analytics specialists
• Shape creator activation strategies and evaluate performance across creator tiers
• Present and defend strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing social media channels or accounts
• Strong agency-side experience in social media strategy for large brands
• Deep understanding of YouTube formats, audience behavior, and creator culture
• Ability to assess content strategically and structurally
• Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, and subcultures
• Strong analytical fluency and ability to interpret performance data
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Native-level or professional working proficiency in English
