About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the complete mobile development lifecycle for new features, from design to deployment across iOS and Android
- Set up, manage, and optimize mobile CI/CD pipelines
- Implement proactive monitoring, crash analytics, and performance tuning
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to align mobile development with business goals
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers in React Native best practices
- Provide input on mobile architecture decisions
- Recommend and evaluate new mobile libraries and AI-driven tools
- Drive improvements in CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-assisted code generation
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development
- Skilled in React Native with advanced JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Strong understanding of app store deployment processes for iOS and Android
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools and productivity optimization
- Familiarity with AI-driven development tools for mobile productivity
- Experience mentoring or coaching other developers
