Senior Software Engineer, Developer Platform & AI Tooling

Responsibilities

• Work with the developer platform team on initiatives to improve developer experience and delivery speed
• Build and scale AI-powered developer tooling, including agentic coding and review workflows using LLMs
• Contribute to the evolution of the CI/CD platform to increase speed and observability
• Strengthen platform reliability and security within Kubernetes using Helm, IaC, and GitOps
• Create paved paths, golden templates, and self-service software templates for developers
• Collaborate with teammates through code reviews and technical documentation

Requirements

• Proven track record of building platform capabilities that improve developer velocity and reliability
• Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Knowledge of AI for engineering, including prompt design and LLM integration
• Proficiency in at least two languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Bash
• Strong security and reliability instincts regarding secrets and runtime hardening
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building agentic developer assistants for code review and automation
• Experience with CDN and edge controls for incident response
• Expertise in platform observability (logging, metrics, traces)
• Knowledge of gRPC service enablement
• Exposure to commercial LLM providers like Anthropic
