Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build AI features end-to-end, focusing on measurement, observability, and real-world performance
• Architect and deliver systems that handle high data volumes and complex workflows with reliability and speed
• Improve grounding quality with permission-safe retrieval, citations, and evaluations to make AI outputs auditable
• Drive latency and cost improvements to create fast, seamless user interactions
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design from discovery through iteration to shape product strategy

Requirements

• Experience shipping 0-1 products to real users (ideally AI products)
• Strong engineering fundamentals with solid backend experience and data fluency
• Deep commitment to quality, testing, security, and operational maturity
• Strong product intuition and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and turn complex ideas into elegant solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenSearch or other vector databases
• Experience with Snowflake
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks like Langfuse
• Knowledge of fintech or compliance domains
