Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver major features end-to-end, from initial prototype to production deployment
• Take full responsibility for the quality and polish of what you ship: performant code, pixel-perfect UI, and thoughtful error handling
• Drive technical decisions with strong judgment, knowing when an RFC adds value versus overhead, and when to bet on speed over completeness
• Diagnose production issues using instrumentation and measurement
• Actively shape what gets built: attend customer calls, question priorities, and ensure the work you're doing delivers real, measurable impact

Requirements

• Deep full-stack engineering experience
• Track record of shipping customer-facing features in a high-growth environment
• Autonomous and action-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills

• Proven track record in high-growth startup environments
