About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver major features end-to-end, from initial prototype to production deployment
- Take full responsibility for the quality and polish of what you ship: performant code, pixel-perfect UI, and thoughtful error handling
- Drive technical decisions with strong judgment, knowing when an RFC adds value versus overhead, and when to bet on speed over completeness
- Diagnose production issues using instrumentation and measurement
- Actively shape what gets built: attend customer calls, question priorities, and ensure the work you're doing delivers real, measurable impact
Requirements
- Deep full-stack engineering experience
- Track record of shipping customer-facing features in a high-growth environment
- Autonomous and action-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered product features
- Proven track record in high-growth startup environments
