Responsibilities

• Work independently and lead tasks from end to end
• Exercise technical influence over the engineering team by improving and guiding architecture
• Contribute to reducing development process complexity
• Actively collaborate with Product teams to translate business needs into creative and efficient solutions
• Design and develop components and applications focusing on simplicity, efficiency, and maintainability
• Ensure documentation of applications and architectural decisions
• Ensure observability of production applications and assist in incident resolution
• Actively analyze and improve scalability, stability, and security
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects
• Stay updated with web development trends, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python
• Experience with System Design and code design patterns
• Experience implementing scalable APIs
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Knowledge of system observability
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with cloud-based architectures
• Practical experience with LLMs
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and quality control methods for GenAI
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
