Senior Software Engineer, Records

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and services
• Partner with business stakeholders and product managers to translate needs into technical solutions
• Design, build, and enhance APIs and backend services using C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure
• Develop responsive user experiences using React and modern UI frameworks
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET
• Experience designing and supporting cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure
• Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed applications
• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, and Key Vault
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD platforms
• Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience integrating applications with AI/ML services like Azure OpenAI
• Experience in legal technology, healthcare, or financial services
