Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful full-stack features for Medicare brokers and beneficiaries
• Collaborate with product and design teams on new features and design mockups
• Identify and manage technical debt while building robust, scalable architectures
• Contribute to development standards through code reviews and technical designs
• Utilize modern AI-powered developer tools to streamline workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with modern JS (Vue, React) or Python/backend web development
• Hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong product intuition and interest in business outcomes
• Fluency with AI-powered development tools
• Strong communication and project management skills
• History of shipping high-quality customer-facing products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Expertise in Django or similar frameworks
• Track record in technical or project leadership
