About the role
Responsibilities
- Own solution design for complex, multi-faceted learning projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures integrating multiple modalities and delivery channels
- Consult with senior business and L&D stakeholders on capability challenges
- Research emerging technologies and define a learning tools roadmap
- Design and deliver innovation showcases demonstrating AI-powered workflow design and emerging learning technologies
- Oversee end-to-end project management from initial design through final deployment
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in learning solutions architecture, learning innovation, or digital learning transformation
- Proven track record of implementing automation, AI, or innovative technology solutions in learning contexts
- Strong project management capabilities for high-visibility projects
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI and digital learning platforms
- Experience managing vendor relationships and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; advanced degree in Instructional Design is a plus
