About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee solution sales activities to gain technical wins and customer trust
- Conduct technical presentations, customer demos, and qualify requirements
- Lead proof of concept (PoC) engagements from initiation through completion
- Manage technical responses to RFIs and RFPs
- Develop use cases and solution proposals that address customer needs
- Provide technical expertise on cloud security and on-premise infrastructures
- Act as a mentor for other Solutions Engineers and share best practices
- Maintain technical SE activities within Salesforce
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Deep understanding of SecOps and XDR
- Experience with Endpoint Security and EDR
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Architectures and on-premise hub and spoke infrastructures
- Ability to build relationships at various organizational levels
- Experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions
