Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for large-scale enterprise engagements and lead the technical win for complex deals
• Partner with Account Executives to navigate highly regulated industries and develop tailored technical narratives
• Build formal Business Value Assessments (BVAs) linking infrastructure consolidation to cost savings and developer velocity
• Integrate AI-native workflows to automate discovery documentation and architecture diagrams
• Mentor Associate and Intermediate Solutions Engineers and design scalable PoV templates
• Represent field observations to Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience within the Kubernetes ecosystem
• Deep understanding of control planes, namespaces, and cluster API
• Proven track record of positioning complex infrastructure or platform solutions to enterprise buyers
• Ability to conduct data-driven, consultative selling

Preferred Qualifications

• CKA or CKAD certification
• Active participation in the CNCF community or open-source ecosystem
• Experience navigating technical hurdles in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector environments
