Senior Specialist - External Relations

Responsibilities

• Implement policies for international partnerships and relationship management in line with communication plans
• Strengthen strategic relationships between the DG/Chairman and local, regional, and international entities
• Develop and execute strategic leadership communication plans and content
• Support external communications and media operations through planning and analytical reporting
• Manage the International Partners partnership category and evaluate performance
• Analyze and monitor International MoUs and develop annual action plans
• Organize and manage official international delegations and visits following protocol standards
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and local authorities for official event logistics
• Manage the Authority’s memberships in international organizations and associations
• Prepare briefing files, speeches, and talking points for the DG/Chairman
• Oversee the planning and execution of the Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration
• 9+ years of experience if holding a Master’s degree
• 11+ years of experience if holding a Bachelor’s degree
• Expertise in Executive Communication and Correspondence
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement and Protocol Management
• Skills in Presentation Design and Executive Reporting
• Ability to manage Strategic Planning and Execution
• Emirati nationality required
