About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the design, coordination, and implementation of institutional faculty development initiatives
- Align initiatives with the AU RISE Strategy and AU Faculty Professional Development Framework
- Contribute to a scalable faculty capability ecosystem promoting outcome-based education
- Promote innovative pedagogy and the ethical, effective use of educational technologies
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality across the University
Requirements
- Expertise in international standards for higher education teaching practice
- Experience in designing and implementing faculty development programs
- Strong understanding of innovative pedagogy and outcome-based education
