About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of the ADGM-wide governance framework, strategy and policies
- Support development of KPIs for the governance function
- Develop annual governance report with other functions
- Advise on governance structures and issues across ADGM and its Authorities
- Manage compliance with governance legislation and regulation
- Provide secretariat support to key ADGM committees and follow up on agreed actions
- Maintain delegation of authority matrix and register of interests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of federal and local regulations and international standards
- 8+ years in governance function or relevant area
- Adherence to ADGM information security policy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry
- Experience dealing with federal, local and regional regulators
