About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and modernize end-to-end global payroll, health and welfare benefits programs, and foundational HRIS operations
- Lead total rewards execution across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K./EU
- Mentor and support a team of two People Operations team members based in India
- Ensure operational precision, cross-border compliance, and a seamless employee experience
Requirements
- Experienced in global payroll and benefits administration
- Experience managing teams and cross-border compliance
- Experience with HRIS operations
