About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, certifications, workshops, and other enablement programs
- Own recurring enablement reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Identify repetitive processes for simplification through AI and automation
- Maintain MENA enablement content and support Highspot governance
- Coordinate content updates and adapt global resources for MENA audiences
- Support cross-functional projects across Sales, BDR, Pre-Sales, and After-Sales
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, L&D, or Program Management
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Highspot, Salesforce, or an LMS is an advantage
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital productivity tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic
