About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain risk frameworks to assess exposure across trading operations
- Design stress tests and scenarios to evaluate organizational resilience
- Use AI tools to analyze large datasets for pattern detection
- Distinguish between model noise and genuine risk signals
- Feed findings back into predictive models to improve accuracy
- Present risk findings and actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Partner with compliance teams to ensure risk frameworks meet regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in risk management within financial services or trading
- Proven experience in assessing real-world financial risk
- Proficiency in using AI and predictive models for pattern detection
- FRM, PRM, or equivalent certification
- Ability to lead through analytical strength and influence without direct reports
