Senior Specialist Sales Advisory LiabilitiesNeoBiz -SME Liabilities Sales (UAEN)

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer-initiated NEOBIZ and Business Checking Account (BCA) applications across workflow system.
• Ensure applications are approved and completed within the agreed TAT, maintaining high straight-through-processing (STP) rates.
• Actively engage customers to drive account funding post-approval, contributing towards assigned financial and liabilities targets.
• Maximise the number of digitally initiated applications successfully approved, opened, and funded each month.
• Perform thorough pre-screening of applications to ensure completeness of documentation and compliance with bank standards, minimising rework and downstream rejections.
• Follow up proactively with customers to resolve queries raised by Governance, Compliance, CCAM, or other stakeholders within defined timelines.
• Advise customers clearly on application requirements and queries to ensure final submissions meet risk, compliance, and onboarding standards.
• Ensure all customer interactions, application statuses, approvals, and funding updates are accurately reflected in CRM and fulfilment systems.
• Demonstrate high risk awareness, particularly with respect to AML, Sanctions, and operational risks, ensuring consistent adherence to onboarding controls.
