Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and operate our application stack and AWS infrastructure to orchestrate and manage hosted customer instances
• Debug runtime issues across the application and hosting stacks
• Develop internal tooling and automation for the lifecycle of hosted installations, including deployment and zero-downtime upgrades
• Continuously improve automated deployments and testing
• Work on projects including multi-region hosting, EKS cluster provisioning, and RDS sharding strategies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building and operating production infrastructure, ideally on public cloud
• Strong Kubernetes and AWS experience
• Strong experience with IaC and Terraform
• Ability to write high quality, readable code in a modern language such as Python or Go
• Experience with modern monitoring stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
• A mindset focused on automation and documentation
