Senior Strategic Finance Manager (Corporate Finance)

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate finance cycle end to end, including monthly reporting, driver-based forecast, annual planning and scenario analysis
• Frame scenarios ahead of capital, pricing and headcount decisions and bring recommendations
• Lead annual planning across departments through board-ready output
• Lead cross-functional alignment on metric definitions and financial data hygiene
• Own the company-level KPI and metrics layer
• Drive market and competitor research to support pricing, packaging and capital allocation
• Communicate complex financial mechanics to non-finance stakeholders
• Set budget management cadence and department accountability
• Build AI workflows and tooling for the finance function
• Partner with Sales leadership on capacity model and KPI tracking

Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, several at a SaaS or usage-based business
• Multiple annual planning cycles owned end to end
• Building 3-statement models with scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel
• Deep understanding of financial data flow across source systems, warehouse and reporting
• Deep command of SaaS metrics
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows
• Experience presenting to executive staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Investment banking, consulting or private equity background
