About the role
Responsibilities
- Providing functional and technical expertise to clients using Oracle Health Products
- Prioritizing, planning, and managing issue resolution independently
- Investigating front-end application issues and troubleshooting workflows
- Creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials
- Supporting incident resolution and application maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, HCIT support, or software implementation
- Experience with Oracle Health Millennium Nursing Integration, Physician Documentation, or Clinical AI Agent products
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical background or experience in a clinical healthcare setting
- Experience in Application Managed Services or Product Support roles
