About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation of computer software systems and network connections
- Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network software and communication links
- Analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues
- Provide end user training and technology direction recommendations
- Provide local and remote maintenance support for operational systems across multiple locations
- Perform general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications
- Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance
- Perform vulnerability management
Requirements
- 7 years of progressive experience in Information Processing
- 6 years specialized in Information Processing disciplines
- 4 years hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software
- Experience developing executive level presentations for senior management
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Qlik or Power BI preferred)
- Proven experience administering Corporate Performance Management Platforms
- Secret security clearance
- IAT II compliance
- 81401-M Baseline Certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
