Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, selection, and onboarding for specific divisions
• Partner with business function heads to drive recruitment strategies and manage manpower budgets
• Determine sourcing strategies and advertise vacancies via Oracle recruitment cloud and social media
• Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and reference checks in compliance with company policy
• Manage recruitment agencies and outsource manpower vendors to ensure timely resource deployment
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ORC) and metrics to report on hiring progress and improve strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and build talent pipelines for critical roles

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in an in-house recruitment role
• Proven experience recruiting across all levels from Associate to Senior Management
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
