Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across corporate governance, legal, compliance, risk and operations
• Build and execute targeted sourcing campaigns for passive talent across global and EMEA hubs
• Navigate EMEA hiring dynamics, notice periods and competitive talent pools
• Conduct competitor mapping and advise leadership on talent trends and salary benchmarks
• Articulate OKX's vision to bridge traditional finance talent into Web3 and DeFi
• Lead senior offer formulation, equity and token incentive structuring and negotiations
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels on structured assessment and candidate experience

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience
• Proven track record closing senior passive talent in finance, banking or fintech
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA labor regulations, notice periods and hiring frameworks
• Strong business acumen and recruitment analytics skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Exceptional consultative communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with EMEA fintech, banking and digital asset ecosystems
• Working knowledge of regional financial regulations such as MiCA, AML, PSD2 and FCA
• Experience recruiting in a globally distributed, multilingual organization
• Interest in blockchain, crypto and decentralized finance
