Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Ensure all healthcare hires meet Unified Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) and regulatory standards
• Manage international recruitment efforts and coordinate overseas hiring workflows
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies
• Supervise, guide, and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Oversee workload allocation, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies and maintain an active talent pipeline
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive healthcare recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC
• Strong knowledge of Unified PQR requirements
• Proven experience in international hiring and managing overseas recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a recruitment team
• Hands-on experience working with recruitment agencies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
