Senior Tech Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and place top tech talent across high-demand markets like AI, Salesforce, and Software Engineering
• Manage a full 360° desk including business development, client relationships, and candidate management
• Handle contract and/or permanent placements
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefs to closing placements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tech recruitment (contract, perm, or both)
• Proven track record in 360°/full-desk recruitment and billing
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in niche tech verticals such as Salesforce, AI, cloud, or software engineering is a plus
