About the role
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place top tech talent across high-demand markets like AI, Salesforce, and Software Engineering
- Manage a full 360° desk including business development, client relationships, and candidate management
- Handle contract and/or permanent placements
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefs to closing placements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tech recruitment (contract, perm, or both)
- Proven track record in 360°/full-desk recruitment and billing
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in niche tech verticals such as Salesforce, AI, cloud, or software engineering is a plus
