Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruiting processes for Oil and Gas, IT, tech, Admin, product, and design positions
• Plan and implement sourcing strategies including headhunting to attract top candidates
• Establish a steady pipeline of global candidates to meet changing demands
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior management to tailor sourcing strategies
• Use data analytics to influence business decisions and measure recruiting strategies
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience through relationship building
• Utilize social media as a sourcing and attraction platform
• Optimize recruitment processes and organize industry events

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector
• 4-year degree in a related field
• Knowledge of hardware and software terminology
• Strong interpersonal and creative writing skills
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
• Self-motivated professional
