Senior Technical Product Manager (Sr TPM), Learning Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical realization and execution of the roadmap for an AI-powered, context-aware learning pathways ecosystem
• Own the technical product lifecycle for AI curation engines, external data ingestion pipelines, and adaptive recommendation algorithms
• Partner with Engineering Architecture to translate interoperability and data mappings into executable technical product backlogs
• Define use cases, success criteria, and implementation plans for AI-powered capabilities across curriculum metadata and learning analytics
• Bridge business goals with technical solutions, establishing iterative objectives and roadmaps for platform capabilities
• Coordinate cross-departmental feedback and incorporate customer insights into product improvement plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, engineering, business, or related discipline
• 7+ years of technical product management experience
• 3+ years specifically leading data science initiatives using machine learning or algorithmic data products
• Proven experience implementing agentic AI systems for customer-facing product experiences
• Direct experience integrating data between platforms and collaborating on data quality standards and interoperability policies
• Strong ability to write concise technical requirements and documentation
