About the role
Responsibilities
- Own program and project delivery across ML, Systems/MLOps, Platform and Solutions teams
- Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps and timelines, managing critical paths and risks
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Product, Solutions Engineering, QA and Customer Success
- Run agile processes and help standardize practices across teams
- Establish and improve PMO processes, standards and tooling
- Proactively manage risks, blockers and escalations
- Provide data-driven status reporting to leadership and customers
- Coordinate enterprise customer deployments and delivery milestones
- Support post-incident reviews and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical project or program management experience
- Track record managing cross-functional technical programs with engineering teams
- Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, Jira and Confluence
- Technical fluency in software architecture, APIs, cloud, CI/CD and ML/data workflows
- Willing to travel 10%
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
